- Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.

- Change of mind after the order has been processed or delivered.
- Delivery delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Products that have been used or tampered with.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Once the preparation of your bouquet has begun, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
